WHO SHOULD CONNECT

A Clear Starting Point for Project Partners

Vendor relationships should be built around real project needs, relevant capabilities and reliable communication. Submission creates a profile for review; it does not guarantee approval or project award.

Material Suppliers

Manufacturers, distributors and suppliers supporting construction materials, products and project-specific sourcing.

Subcontractors & Trade Partners

Construction trades and subcontractors seeking project-specific opportunities where qualifications and scope align.

Logistics & Project Support

Delivery, hauling, equipment, site-support and project-service companies that support construction operations.

Specialty Vendors

Specialty products, technical services and project-specific support providers relevant to Liberty construction work.

PARTNERSHIP STANDARDS

Reliable Partnerships Start With Clear Expectations

The strongest vendor relationships are built around capability, communication, documentation and the requirements of the specific project.

Quality & Capability

Provide clear information about what your company supplies or performs and where your capabilities are strongest.

Communication

Respond clearly, share updates early and keep project information moving when timing or conditions change.

Documentation

Provide requested company, tax, insurance, licensing or qualification documents when they are applicable to the work.

Safety & Compliance

Meet project-specific safety, site and compliance requirements that apply to the contracted scope.

PARTNER WITH THE PROJECT

Vendor Relationships Should Support Better Construction

The goal of the Vendor Portal is not to collect names into a database. It is to create a practical path for relevant companies to introduce themselves, share capabilities and become easier to evaluate when a matching project need appears.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT PATH

Keep Vendor, Supply and Customer Requests Separate

This keeps submissions organized and gives each request the right context from the beginning.

New Vendor

Submit the vendor profile above so Liberty has a structured introduction and capability summary.

Material Request

Use Building Supply when the primary need is a material, product, quantity or sourcing request.

Project Estimate

Use the Free Estimate page when you are a customer requesting construction pricing or project review.
